Ai! Tungngasugit! (Hi! Welcome!)
Okay, so, who suggested me to do this? That would be Gillian. Gillie is an amazing person. She was one of my first high school teachers. She is one of the great ones teaching up north. Her blog is really interesting and I check it to see what interesting things she says and look at some of her awesome photos of people.
Uvanga (Me): You know my name. Incase you forgot, it's Sap. :P I'm inuk coming from a little tiny village called Kangiqsualujjuaq (or George-River) if you have some trouble saying the long word. Right now, I am on my FOURTH semester (gosh time goes fast, eeek). I am studying at John Abbott College in Creative Arts (or Media Arts). What I do is I take Digital Photography classes and Digital Media classes and stuff like that. I've had two semesters in Darkroom Photography also and I loved it. I had Video Production one semester and I didn't really like it. I am more interested in Photography and creative still images and montages and stuff like that. So yeah, I am in college. It's kind of hard for a quiet girl like me who comes from a small town and then goes to this school that is like 5 times bigger than my hometown. However, it's fun doing different things like this. I don't really know what I am doing with my life, but I am sure that I am doing something good..
I hope that I am a good example to other teenagers up north. I hope that they see that there is A WORLD and that there are so many different people and things to see in this world. I hope that they see that it is possible to do anything even though they come from an isolated place like my village for example. I hope that they take the chance to fulfill the broken dreams they dream.
Okay, so... I don't know how to end this.. As I said, it's my first blog.. I just wanted to say this and that and this and that.. Myself, what I do and what I thought...
From today and tomorrow and tomorrower and tomorrowerer(me being random), I will post a blog WITH A PICTURE.. Taking photos have become a hobby of mine.. You might question: "what pictures will you take?" and then I have to answer something.. And the something is that I will take pictures of stuff that I like, stuff that are around me, stuff like people and animals and cars and plants and cats and badminton rackets and cell phones and floors and rocks and so on...... I think you get my point and I hope you don't mind the fact that I can get random when I am in need of good sleep. This happens to most college students.
Ok, so... Come back tomorrow and see my first photo!!
Atsunai!
